To improve their Web-based student services, several Ohio institutions used the CENTSS audits, in a pilot study, to identify their current delivery strengths and weaknesses as well as to assist them formulate their next steps. The four institutions are the University of Cincinnati, Columbus State Community College, Sinclair Community College and Stark State College. A unique characteristic of this project was the collaboration that occurred within individual institutions and between them. This presentation will share individual institutions’ motivations for participating in this project and the lessons we learned. We will also discuss how we collaborated and the benefits we achieved.
