and Research Libraries Institute on Scholarly Communication and share information, resources, and multiple viewpoints
about the beneficial and/or controversial changes in store for everyone involved in preserving, filtering and accessing
information. This discussion is timely because the OhioLINK Digital Resource Commons will be available soon and will
help you rapidly publish and comprehensively access the wealth of research, historic and creative materials produced
by Ohio’s scholarly communities.

Thanks to all of the participants in this session, we began a great discussion on a variety of topics related to the changing nature of scholarly communication. One comment on the evaluation forms was repeated and stood out: we could have used more time! It was our hope as session leaders to get you interested and engaged in the topic enough to follow-up on your own and even bring it up on your own campus in whatever forum you may have the opportunity. When I get back in the office tomorrow morning, I'll post a copy of the handout to facilitate further exploration. In the meantime, this evening I'm working on your muddiest points and requests for further information. More to come . . .
