I may have erred when I created it by mistyping the name or some other goof. If prompted to locate or create a page you can search to see if the page already exists or you can create the page from scratch. Here is a video that shows you how to create a new page from a link: http://global.cscc.edu/video/oln/Setpageloc/Setpageloc.html.
